We got the call on Wednesday, 28 September 2011 at 2:33am. We received our referral from Rwanda - it’s a girl! We got her photograph and her name that night and it would be another week before we knew how old she was. Four months old...a peanut! A couple of days later we were told we could leave anytime! So...one week after that we were all on an airplane heading from Hong Kong to Rwanda. Let the adventure begin!
